Return Policy

If you are in any way whatsoever not satisfied with your purchase, you will be able to refund it within 40 days from the date of purchase for both Canada and US customers.

Canadian Customers
To make a return, once I have received your email request, you will be sent details to process the return.

When bringing your return to the Post Office, make sure you bring the item with you, a printed return label, and show your Canada Post Return ID number to the clerk. Upon verification, the return will be accepted by Canada Post and sent back to us. Once we have received the return, the refund will be issued. The shipment will be sent back via expedited service

US Customers Only
Please return the item at Ground Level shipment to receive your refund. US customers will have to pay for the ground level return shipment but will be refunded the cost with a bank draft after the returned product is received to us. The following information is required to return the purchased item after I have reached out to you:
